Accessibility

The PFVT website is intended to be accessible to all, irrespective of their hardware or handicap.

Display size

  • You can change the display size of the site contents by using your Internet browser:
  • With various browsers: Ctrl + mouse wheel. Ctrl + 0 returns to the default size.
  • Internet Explorer: go to Tools > Zoom and select the desired Zoom, or change it directly at the bottom of the window.
  • Mozilla, Firefox or Netscape: Ctrl + + to enlarge and Ctrl + - to reduce size.
  • Opera: use the + or – keys of the numeric keypad. Or go to Display > Zoom and select the desired zoom.
  • On Macintosh: Apple + + to increase, Apple + - to reduce.

Keyboard navigation

The Tab key leads successively to each website link.

Menus

The main menu, located at the top of the page, is displayed permanently on all pages of the website and has links to the main headings. The logo located at the top left returns you to the homepage. The content pages include a sub-menu enabling you to browse within the sub-headings.

Print version

All pages can be printed in a paper-adapted version: there is more white space around the text and the elements not needed for a reading version (mainly navigation menus and purely graphic elements) have been removed.
To print a one-page paper version, you can select one of the following options:
Click at the top right of the contents:
File > print in your browser;
CTRL + P

Navigation and links

The search engine is accessible from all pages.
Links to the main headings are found on each page.

Opening links in a new window/tab

Sites outside the PFVT site open automatically in a new window.

To open a link located in the PFVT site in a new window (or a new tab), right-click on the link and select the option "Open in a new window."

Help in reading attached documents

On the site you will find documents that can be downloaded in PDF form, Word, and Zip. Each of these documents is accompanied by the icon corresponding to the file format and by the file size.

Ease of use

Size of image files has been optimized to minimize download time.
All website tables are accessible with a voice browser.
Text equivalents (alternative texts) for images and graphics are provided when necessary.
The size and name of files available for downloading have been optimized. A description of file content frequently accompanies the download link.
